Gold Leaf as Art
Rather than using gold leaf simply to decorate another image, LUXE GOLD explores the texture, reflection and natural variation of the foil itself. Inspired by textures found in nature—such as trees, stone, water and flashes of light—the surface reveals different expressions as illumination moves across it.
No two pieces appear exactly the same. The gold leaf is applied and finished by hand, giving each panel its own subtle variations and character.
